New Employee Orientation & Management Application

RMI helps companies better manage their staff by outsourcing all Human Resource needs to RMI. RMI approached ThoughtLab to build an application that would streamline the new employee orientation process. One key requirement was: Once filled out, many forms must be accessible for printing in PDF format to match the original government form format.

• Dynamic population of PDF forms allows employees to enter info in web form and pull up a PDF to print the completed form in the original format

• Package management allows administrators to create and edit orientations, determine what forms to include and the order to show them
• Orientation process flow allows administrators to see what employee orientations have been completed, what employer verifications need to be performed and more
