HotDocs has been the leader in document automation and assembly since the late 70's, when they were founded. Their software is used by 80% of the AM LAW 200, 20% of the Fortune 500 and thousands of companies worldwide.
REPOSITION AN ESTABLISHED BRAND
Despite HotDocs domination in the market for decades, they recently had an influx of aggressive competitors trying to take market share and position HotDocs out of the field. ThoughtLab worked with HotDocs to create a new, vibrant look and brand that communicated clearly what HotDocs is, their position as the global leader and a new website that would coincide with the release of new, innovative products. In the process ThoughtLab also redesigned the HotDocs packaging for their software and created patterns that could be used in all of HotDocs marketing worldwide.
