Customer Service Application:
Woodland is a manufacturer of high-end custom furniture. Woodland's customer service representatives had been using a system designed on a Microsoft Access front end that didn't support any of Woodland's numerous product rules. This allowed for inconsistency of data entry and more potential for misinterpretation by someone on the production floor. ThoughtLab had already created the systems to manage product rules, users, customers and online quotes so it was an easy extension to build this system.
