Job Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
ThoughtLab is looking for a motivated self-starter who is always in the top 5% of the inside sales team. This person will be responsible for prospecting new opportunities by making outbound phone calls selling a wide range of services including branding, website design, mobile app development and digital marketing (SEO, social media, etc).
We are looking for someone who is a true hunter and enjoys the game of getting past gatekeepers and in the door with C-level decision makers. Candidates will need to be able to show a proven track record in a creative or technical sales environment.
ThoughtLab offers a base salary + an uncapped, accelerated commission structure.
- Identifying, contacting and qualifying leads via phone, email and social networks to build steady pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Must be able to refine potential lists into ideal customers and make a high volume of outbound calls
- 2+ years professional selling as an inside sales rep in the top 5% of the salesforce in advertising, software or interactive markets
- Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
- Self-motivated with an ability to create a plan of action and accomplish goals
- Ability to learn quickly
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
